Rates are $49 per day, or $39.20 with Purrfect Perks. Your stays can also earn client rewards, including catnip spray from our garden.

Private Condo Boarding

Each private, enclosed condo accommodates one cat, with daily care and enrichment from our feline-focused staff. For cats from the same household who would like to stay together, see our Suites and Sanctuary Rooms.

At Cat Boarding Detroit, we are cat only with no dogs or barking. It is a peaceful space created entirely with feline comfort and safety in mind.

What’s Included

Each condo boarding stay is customized to your cat’s needs and typically includes:

Private, secure condo space
Fresh food and water serviced daily
Litter box cleaned and refreshed daily, with your choice of Dr. Elsey’s Ultra Unscented Clumping Clay Cat Litter or Okocat Wood Pellet Litter.
Gentle staff interaction, play, or quiet companionship based on your cat’s preference
Climate-controlled, low-noise environment (no dogs)
Bird TV and visual enrichment to provide mental stimulation and natural entertainment

We respect every cat’s personality. Social cats receive engagement, while shy or independent cats are given space and time to settle comfortably.

Daily Routine

Cats in condos are typically fed twice a day. Cats in condos are given access to roam each day alone or with other cats depending on the cats preference. How long they roam each day depends on how many cats are in the condo area. Usually at least several hours.

Health & Safety Requirements

For the safety of every cat in our care, we require current veterinary records prior to boarding, including:

Rabies: one current vaccination, or proof of three past rabies vaccinations.
FVRCP (distemper): one current vaccination, or proof of three past FVRCP vaccinations.
Stool parasites: a negative stool test within the past year. If you have multiple cats, we accept a result from any one cat in your household.
FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus, also called feline AIDS): a negative test within the past three years.
FeLV (feline leukemia): a negative test within the past three years OR proof of vaccination: one current FeLV vaccination or proof of three past FeLV vaccinations.
